All of our pricing is based on Australian Dollars (AUD). Hence, prices will be displayed and charged in AUD. This figure is then converted by your cardholder to your local currency and may be subject to a conversion fee, depending on the policy of your cardholder. For your shopping convenience, you may refer to the currency conversion located on the top right hand corner (next to your shopping bag) to display pricing in the currency of your choosing.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and AfterPay. You'll see our name on your invoice and transaction history if you pay via credit/debit card. We take security very seriously, all transactions are processed using industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption and it is PCI Compliant. Your credit card information is never stored. Payments must be cleared before we process your order.

Our Australian customers can buy now and pay later with Afterpay. You get to enjoy your order right away and pay in four equal fortnightly instalments, interest free!

To choose Afterpay payment, head through to checkout and after entering your address, choose Afterpay when prompted whether you’d like to make payment using Paypal, Credit Card or Afterpay.

First time Afterpay customers will be charged the first of four instalments at the time of purchase. If you’ve used Afterpay before, your first instalment will be charged 14 days from the date of purchase. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of purchase.

You’ll need an Australian debit/credit card, to be over the age of 18 and located in Australia. Please note that Afterpay is only available on orders below $1,000 AUD.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Our fine art prints are exclusively printed by a professional photo lab in Sydney, Australia. Unframed prints are typically delivered within 3-15 days of receiving payment. Please allow 4-5 weeks for framed prints. A confirmation email will be sent when your items are dispatched, along with the tracking number.

All items will be shipped via DHL Express or Australia Post Express Mail (next day delivery); includes tracking number which you can track online and requires signature on delivery.

Printing + 3-4 weeks framing + shipping. Worldwide shipping is available via DHL EXPRESSTo estimate your shipping cost: select the size you'd like, add it to your cart. Then go to the checkout page to enter your shipping address. Shipping costs may be viewed before checking out.

We ship worldwide. All items will be shipped with DHL Express. As of 30th October 2017, we are happy to announce that our customers can benefit from having express shipping services with standard shipping rates.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight. To estimate your shipping cost: select the size you'd like, add it to your cart. Then proceed to the checkout page to enter your shipping address. Shipping costs may be viewed before checking out.

DHL Express takes 2+ business days (within major metro areas); includes a tracking number which you can track online. Rural locations may take 4+ days.

Buyers are responsible for any custom duties / import taxes that may apply in your country. 

We issue a tracking number to every order shipped. Buyers are responsible to provide an accurate shipping information and delivery instructions (if any). For Gold Label Edition prints, we would add insurance on top of the normal shipping rates. Packages that are taking longer than usual to arrive are normally delayed rather than lost, which is a rare occurrance. However, it may happen from time to time. A package will be considered lost if you have not received it within 4 weeks (for packages within Australia) or 8 weeks (for international packages). We will replace lost packages at no charge after the above specified amount of time has passed.  

Any damaged item purchased on our site are eligible for replacement. All damaged items must be returned to our studio so we can issue a replacement. We must receive written notification as well as photographic evidence showing the stated damage within 10 days of receiving the item. When the 10 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you refunds or exchanges.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

We stand by the quality of our products (and our vendors') 100% and we want you to be happy with your purchase. But if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to TEN DAYS after you have received your order. Please email us to request for an exchange or refund within 10 days from receiving the item. 

All orders paid via AfterPay and all "made-to-orders" such as Erthe® frames, sale items, giveaways or gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Products listed on the Erthe® Pop Up, will have its individual returns / exchange terms from our vendors, please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Email us within TEN DAYS of receiving your order with the subject line: 'RETURNS + your invoice number'.

2. Attach a copy of your invoice and ship your items in its original packaging back to us within 3 days from your notification. In the case of damaged item(s), please attach your photographic evidence of the stated damage.

3. The return shipment cost must be paid by you and is not covered by Erthe® & Co. Please ship the package with its tracking number so we can track it. The returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Ensure that the product’s original packaging is intact and pack them safely to prevent any (or more) damage.


4. Email us the shipping documentation along with your tracking number.

5. Your refund or replacement item will be processed once we have received the item.
