Showing off its yummy goodness, juicy layers of seeds, in the heart of it all, figs placed on baker's wood. This was a commissioned work for a world renown French pasty chef Jean Michel Raynaud. This is now gracing the wall of the French patisserie at The Rocks (Sydney), La Renaissance Patisserie.
